Would love the ability to export snapshot data outside of Jira to keep locally

We are probably using 20-30% of what Aha can do

Leaders couldn't bother to learn how to use it from there and they went back to Excel.

I want to be able to Save Views that capture the various filters that have been applied

We had everything in Jira but now they want it in Aha too

Overall Survey Monkey is an amazing tool and I enjoy the service and plan to continue as a customer. The app needs to be updated.

This add-on does exactly what I wish the native JIRA filters could do.

Determining the workspace structure proved challenging for us

I think this would be great for someone who does a lot of coding. But I am not that person.

I wish I could filter the results on the app by meta data.

Be upfront with this new 10 response limit as you didn’t inform me of it until I received responses.

Theme ranked 1 of 8 Build
Public reviews of SurveyMonkey, Aha! and Appfire, quoted word for word. The dashed slip came through a channel the company runs.

Every product team collects feedback through the channels it controls: an ideas portal, a support queue, a quarterly survey. Most of what customers say about the product is in none of them. It is in app store reviews, marketplace listings, forum threads and review sites the company does not host, written by people nobody asked.

Heard reads that feedback. It collects public reviews and posts within each site’s rules, groups them into themes, ranks the themes by how many people raise each one and how recently, and makes a Build, Watch or Ignore call with the reasoning attached. Every number on the page opens the reviews behind it, and every one of the 130 quotes is checked word for word against its source when the page is built. If a quote has drifted, the build fails.

01 · Findings

What it produces

Each run below is a real corpus, collected and verified the same way. A company is added or removed by pointing the collectors at its public sources; nothing on this page is hand-written.

02 · Limits

What this cannot see

  1. 01Only people with something to say write reviews. Satisfied customers and quiet cancellations look identical from the outside.
  2. 02Review volume tracks marketing effort as much as product quality. Some of these reviews arrived in vendor campaigns, weeks apart.
  3. 03Reddit skews to power users and detractors. Marketplace reviews skew to the administrators whom support had already helped.
  4. 04G2 is excluded because its terms prohibit automated collection. Capterra blocks automated access, and some sources are English only.
  5. 05One reader made every clustering call. There is no second rater yet, and the agreement check on the page exists so someone else can challenge it.

03 · Method

A ranked list is a guess until someone tests it

Ranking feedback is the part that demos well, and it is the easy half. The harder question is what evidence would change the ranking. So each company’s top opportunity carries a survey written to test it, a critique of that survey by a second pass, and the decision thresholds fixed before any answers exist.

  1. 1
Listen The feedback they do not own

Public reviews and posts, collected within each site’s rules, stored word for word with the date, the rating, and the reviewer’s stated role. Names are not kept.

  2. 2
Ask A survey that can change the answer

Every question is tagged to the part of the hypothesis it tests. A second pass removes the leading questions, the ones that ask two things at once, and any question no decision depends on.

  3. 3 BuildIgnore
Decide The rule before the data

Thresholds are set in advance. If the answers come back one way the work moves to Build, another way and it drops to Ignore. The sliders show what each distribution would do. No responses are invented.

The software for deciding what to build has never been better. The feedback that should decide it still sits on other people’s websites, unread.
